The Finale.. Almost

Uff.. the tension, the stress, the phone calls, the complaints, the MADNESS and then.. finally, the relief.... Boss, conducting elections is NOT a joke. If one has to work like this all their lives, it is bound to make one go mad. I am actually beginning to think that despite its theoretical soundness, democracy as a form of governance is something that the Chinese have cleverly avoided and focussed all their energy and effort on education and health. I wonder if this state or even country would be at the same social indicators if this kind of effort had been thrown at say education??

  1. a gud topic to debate...
but i strongly support more for democracy(the pure one not the kind of our political parties endorse) as rest education and health will improve if the base is well founded.
whats the use of such kind of education if i can't use it accordingly, there should be individual rights which chinese did not enjoy as much as we do.

  3. @Anonymus- may be because our political leaders are not a very good driver of "democratic" bus...
you see there is no problem in bus but the drivers are non-licensed or drunk...

  4. @simply me- Believe me...there is a problem with the bus too. We cant blame only political leaders..they are born in our society.

I think the basic problem is the 'self-centerdness' which has engulfed most of us.

I think we should end our debate....before the blog owner block any one of us..:)
